  9.      ttytype - data base of terminal types by port

  12.      _t_t_y_t_y_p_e is a database containing, for each tty port on the system, the
  13.      kind of terminal that is attached to it.  There is one line per port,
  14.      containing the terminal kind (as a name described in _t_e_r_m_i_n_f_o(4)), a
  15.      space, and the name of the tty, minus /_d_e_v/.

  17.      This information is read by _t_s_e_t(1) to initialize the TERM environment
  18.      variable at login time.
